If you are attending an event in Second Life®, you'll appreciate a Custom Orientation at The Epoch Institute, so that you are able to enjoy and appreciate the rich, immersive nature of the Second Life® environment.
First, you must download and install the Second Life® program on your machine. Then either create an Avatar on your own, or contact me, (jennfor (at) gmail.com) well in advance to make arangements to use a Guest Avatar.
Once you download Second Life®, install it, and open the SL® browser and log into the unique Second Life® environment, by using your avatar name and password. Second Life® is a place, a 3D virtual environment that is all together different from the 2D internet.
I will need contact information from you, including your Avatar name if you create one. If you include that information here, as you register, then I can contact you regarding the class and find you in-world. You can also use the Contact The Epoch Institute button on this page, or the Contact Host button (lower RH corner.)
